Where to practice with me & what I offer

It is always an honor, pleasure and privilege to share this practice and the tools that are a constant support in my own journey.
All classes are open to all levels of experience. (Beginners are encouraged).
Options and modifications are always offered to choose your own adventure.

It is my goal to teach you to be your own best teacher by acknowledging and listening to your own body and it’s wants/needs and always honoring where you are at in the moment. You can expect a therapeutic approach to yoga by using mindful movement and conscious breathing as a tool to stay present and aware, while also exploring your unique abilities and curent edges with dynamic and playful movement. I always like to approach practice like a scientist; observing, learning and experimenting to discover the best ways nourish our own unique mind, body and spirit in each new moment.

Yang Yin Yoga
Fridays 530-630 pm
Experience the powerful synergy of masculine and feminine elements to achieve an ideal balance of strength and flexibility. The first part of the class features dynamic Yang postures that challenge your muscles. The session then transitions to soothing Yin postures that promote flexibility and relaxation. This class encourages you to embrace the balance between effort and ease.

Monthy Yoga + Live Guitar
Fridays 7:30-9pm (Check the scedule for he next date)
Come immerse yourself in the most ambient vibes for 75 minutes of gentle movement & guided meditation to electric + accustic guitar and sound bath. This class encourages creative and intuitive movement with sugestions to be guided by the body and the music and finished with deep rest and relaxation. Followed by a 30 minute tea time hang out. Music, movement, and community come together in this universal celebration—come tune in, connect, and be serenaded.

    Why book a private session?
    Working one on one with an instructor allows for a customized practice for your wants and needs. If you are working with injury, limited movement, towards specific physical or spiritual goals or just want some extra attention and guidance.. this is for you. These session can include a written lay out of a custom practice for you to continue on your own. Book one session to set you in the right direction or make it a regular thing to keep you going.

The Healing Salt Cave
25 Redmond Dr #2, Hamilton

Available to book private groups of minimum 4 people - upon request
Customized to the needs of the group, always with with a cozy blanket inside the magical salt cave. Request anything from a very gentle seated practice in lounging lawn chairs - to a more physical/ challenging practice on blankets on the salt floor. We practice being present with the sensory experience offered from the unique atmosphere and focus on a mindful breath to enhance the qualities of the salt (Halotherapy). Mindfully moving through all parts of the body to explore mobility, bring awareness, gentle stimulation and stretch throughout the body. Finishing with deep rest and guided mediation while taking in the medicine of the cave.

Halotherapy: the inhalation of micro-sized salt particles
Speleotherapy: the exposure to a subterranean atmosphere.
Halotherapy assists in breaking down mucus build-up and congestion, reduces inflammation, cleanses airways, and disinfects bacteria in the sinuses and lungs. Spleotherapy further promotes healing by isolating guests from external stimuli.

Accessible to all who can access the cave.
