Learn about the herbs & their benefits & go on a guided walk to learn to identify some wild plant friends.
Have the opportunity to meet the bees who made your honey & learn all about the magical process of honey.
We will sit by the fire with community & bask in the colourful scenery of early autumn.
Honey is such beautiful potent medicine to help us during the transition to the colder seasons.
We can make the medicine extra potent with the help of herbs!

Are you interested in Yoga but feeling intimidated by all the busy studios and class choices? Or maybe you already have a practice but are looking to learn more or discover new styles of yoga.
There is definitely a lot out there!
In this workshop we will discuss the many styles of yoga and find the approach that is the most beneficial and realistic for your body and lifestyle.
There are endless ways to benefit from the practice of yoga. (and no, it’s not all about twisting yourself into a pretzel)
After 13+ years of experience practicing & studying yoga, I am excited and honored to share this practice with others. I truly believe that yoga is for everyBody and that finding the practice that really connects with you can bring an all around, greater sense of well being into your life. For me, yoga is not only exercises that I do on my mat, but a lifestyle that I live and breathe.
A new year is a great time to try new things! Join me January 20, 2019 to discover some new tools that will help you de-stress & keep you feeling good all year long. (maybe even all life long!)

Also, around 70% of our toxins are released from our body through our breath. Breathing deeply has the ability to improve the respiratory system, increase energy, remove toxins, relax mind and muscle tension, boost your immune system, improve circulation and so much more! .
